Kyoto
If you have noticed, I have been several times visiting Kyoto. Most of the reason are for project meeting. It happens that our collaborator is professor in Kyoto University, so in the end of semester I will visit Kyoto with my professor to explain the progress of the project itself.
The meeting itself start from the afternoon and finish at the night. Afterwards, we hold a dinner in a fancy restaurant. At this time, I always give excuse to my professor to not join the dinner, since I am not sure about the restaurant they picked suitable for muslim or not. So I prefer to commuting for 30 minutes to get muslim friendly restaurant in Kyoto.
Fortunately, Professor always give the free time for student on the second day. Since we will go back to Tokyo in the afternoon, I always in hurry when I visiting good place in Kyoto. I mean that I only took several photos and change the destination place soon after. But, I always enjoy when I was in Kyoto. Like the old and kind city and make the visitor want to comes again.
